Will the headband be comfortable?
The headbands are crafted in 3 different sizes. It has an elastic at the back, so that there is enough space to always be comfortable.

Is the headband made of good quality?
We only want to offer headbands that are made from the best quality fabrics. That is why we continue to source for the best fabrics every day. Still not satisfied? Send the product back and you will receive a refund.
I don't want to wear toxic fabrics
No worries, we got ya! Most of our headbands are made of 100% natural materials. We use 100% linen and 100% cotton. We are constantly developing en sourcing for the newest sustainable materials and want to be as transparent as possible about this.
Every product in our shop is provided with a small text, where you can read everything about the fabric.
How do I know if a headband will suit me well?

I don't know how to take care of my headband
No worries, we got ya! For each product we provide an washcare label on the website. There you can read everything on how to wash and take care of your precious headband.

How do I know where my package is?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order has been processed and is ready to leave our Atelier, you will receive another email with shipping information.
Please use the appropriate carrier's tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Please allow 2 to 3 business days from the time you place your order for its status to update.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Netherlands: 1-3 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days
However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.

Can I return the product it if I’m not satisfied with it?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Although our products are handmade, we will comfort you with an easy return policy. The return ticket can be created via the website. Please indicate the reason for the return. All you have to do is scan the barcode at a PostNL point and return the package.
Please note: All original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.
I'm from outside Europe and I want to order BANDEGA
At the moment we're not shipping world wide, yet. IF you really want to buy Bandega, you can order our products via our Etsy store.
